A new IRC server is now available at irc.javanmiller.com. While IRC has been mostly replaced with other platforms like Reddit and Discord, this was an interesting project that I recently undertook.
The IRC server itself is running InspIRCd, which is a fully featured open-source software package. This is hosted on an Oracle Cloud virtual machine running Ubuntu server.
Also running on the server is The Lounge, which is a web-based IRC client. This software makes it extremely easy to connect to a server from any device with a web browser!
I'd love to have you connect to my IRC server and chat! The connection details are as follows:

Port: 6667
Channel: #general
